You may have been provided with a link and a code from your organisation. The link will take you to a registration page where you can register an account. Once registered, head to the link for the programme or module that has been purchased and click Enrol or scroll down the page until you see the enrolment options. From here you can enter the code provided by your organisation.

Firstly, double check that you are entering the code correctly. Copying and pasting it will remove the possibility of making mistakes. If it still doesn't work, contact the organisation that provided it to you..

A programme consists of several modules packaged together to provide the safeguarding knowledge and application to your particular setting. Sometimes these modules need to be completed in sequence.

A module can be taken either as part of a programme, or standalone. Modules can also be used as part of more than one programme, where this is relevant.

The outcomes are detailed both on the enrolment screen and in the Overview section for each programme/module. For example, for the Safeguarding in the Heritage Sector programme, it lists:

  • Be able to understand what safeguarding means.
  • Be able to recognise the signs and indicators of abuse in children and adults.
  • Be able to respond to safeguarding concerns.
  • Be able to record your concerns.
  • Be able to identify where to get advice, support and help (refer).
  • Understand what your heritage organisation should have in place for safeguarding.
  • Identify the gaps in your own knowledge about your heritage organisations' safeguarding arrangements.
  • Apply an understanding of safeguarding to some scenarios you may encounter in heritage settings.

The pricing for each individual programme or module can be seen on enrolment page for each one. However, we also offer special packages for organisations who wish to purchase en masse.

If you are an organisation and would like to discuss purchasing multiple programmes or modules, please get in touch.
